• Have 4–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Technology Recruitment, Executive Search, or Headhunting.
• Have successfully hired Software Engineers, Product, Data, QA, DevOps, Cybersecurity, or other technology professionals.
• Enjoy sourcing and talent hunting through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, referrals, and tech communities.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strong ownership mindset.
• Love building relationships with both candidates and business stakeholders.
