    Job Description
    Responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned territory by planning and executing market development strategies. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with sales partners, government institutions, schools, and customers, while monitoring sales performance and payment collections. The Education Coordinator is also responsible for preparing work plans and reporting sales performance to the team and management.

    Requirements
    1. Bachelor's degree from any major
    2. Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management is preferred
    3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    4. Fluent in English, both spoken and written, as the role involves working closely with international schools
    5. Willing to travel and work with high mobility
    6. A valid driver's license (SIM A) is preferred
    7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media
